To Grill Using the Direct Method
- Turn the burners on high to preheat your grill
- Leave it for a while and then place food on the cooking grate.

- Turn your food over and check to see if it looks done.

To Grill Using the Indirect Method
- Turn the burners on high again to preheat your grill.
- Turn the burners off directly underneath the food but leave those on the sides on at a specific temperature.
- You can either line your cooking rack with heavy duty foil or place your food on a roasting rack inside a heavy duty foil.
- You can also add water to the foil pan to prevent the drippings from burning.
